申请筛选标准-波特兰以外(2020年3月1日修订)

Verifiable gross monthly income that is three (3) times the amount of rent plus utilities.  Gross monthly income that is between two (2) times and three (3) times the amount of rent will require an additional security deposit equal to one month’s rent or the applicant will need to provide acceptable co-signers.

如果你的申请被批准, a security deposit and a signed execution agreement are required to be submitted within 48 hours.
